1. Overview

This website is operated by Jivanta Labs Aust Pty Ltd, trading as Jivanta Herbal. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

2. Products and Use

All Jivanta Herbal products are formulated and manufactured in India by GMP-certified facilities and imported into Australia by Jivanta Labs Aust Pty Ltd.
Our products are intended for cosmetic use only and are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Please review all ingredient information and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

3. Compliance

Jivanta Labs Aust Pty Ltd ensures that all imported cosmetic ingredients comply with the Australian Industrial Chemicals Introduction Scheme (AICIS) requirements.
We do not currently sell any therapeutic goods that require Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) registration.

4. Orders and Payment

●    All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

●    Orders are subject to product availability.

●    We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock shortages.

●    Payment must be received in full before shipment.

5. Shipping

●    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.

●    Standard delivery within Australia takes approximately 3–7 business days.

●    Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to courier or customs delays.

●    You will receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.

6. Returns and Refunds

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for refunds and replacements.
Customers are entitled to a refund or replacement if products are:
●    Faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Change-of-Mind Returns:

 Unopened, unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping).

 Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jivanta Labs Aust Pty Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
 We make no therapeutic or medical claims about our skincare range.

8. Country of Origin

All products sold by Jivanta Herbal are formulated and made in India and imported into Australia under AICIS regulations.

We maintain transparency about our product origins, quality, and compliance with Australian import standards.

9. Intellectual Property

All website text, images, logos, and product information are the intellectual property of Jivanta Labs Aust Pty Ltd.
 They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written consent.
