1. Where are your products made?

All Jivanta Herbal skincare products are formulated and made in India by our trusted GMP-certified manufacturing partners.

Every batch is produced using high-quality natural ingredients under strict quality and safety standards, and then imported into Australia by Jivanta Labs Aust Pty Ltd.

2. Are your products natural and cruelty-free?

Yes! Our skincare products are made with 100% natural, plant-based ingredients and are cruelty-free. We never test on animals, and all raw materials are ethically sourced.

3. Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our formulations are gentle and designed to suit most skin types, including sensitive skin.

We recommend performing a patch test before first use and discontinuing use if any irritation occurs.

4. Are your products AICIS or TGA registered?

Our skincare products are classified as cosmetics and comply with the Australian Industrial Chemicals Introduction Scheme (AICIS) for imported cosmetic ingredients.
We do not sell therapeutic goods that require a TGA listing.

5. Do your products contain synthetic chemicals or parabens?

No , we avoid harsh chemicals, parabens, sulfates, silicones, and synthetic fragrances. Only safe, naturally derived preservatives are used to ensure product stability.

6. What is your shipping policy?

We currently ship Australia-wide using tracked delivery.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

7. What is your return and refund policy?

We want you to love your Jivanta Herbal experience!

      Change of mind: You may return unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

      Faulty or damaged items: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we deliver within Australia only, but we plan to expand international shipping soon.
