Return Policy
We want you to love your Jivanta Herbal experience.
- Change of mind (unopened items): You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a store credit, exchange, or refund (excluding shipping costs).
- Change of mind (opened items): If you are not satisfied, opened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in reasonable condition.
- Faulty or damaged items: Please contact us within 48 hours for damaged or incorrect items, or within 7 days for quality concerns, with photos. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit in line with Australian Consumer Law.
