Shipping and Delivery
Purchases are shipped from our respective warehouses by reputed logistics service providers. Please allow the following number of days for delivery from receipt of your order.
Domestic orders:
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (metro areas usually faster).
- Express Delivery: 1–3 business days within the Express Post network.
- Rural and remote areas may take up to 10 business days.
International orders: We currently ship internationally to New Zealand only. Unfortunately, delivery to other countries is not available at this time. We’re working on expanding our international shipping soon!
- We offer free international shipping for all orders valued at USD 100 and above. For orders of less than USD 100, there is a flat shipping charge of USD 20.
Custom charges and handling rates if applicable, will be shared at the time of delivery by the logistics service provider. Please find below the terms and conditions about Custom and Handling charges:
- Your shipment could be subject to Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / Other applicable government taxes on arrival in the destination country.
- Check the tentative Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / Other applicable government taxes on the respective government portals.
- Before placing the order, kindly check the cosmetic laws and regulations established by the local government in your country.
- These charges will have to be borne by the customer. Jivanta Herbal is not liable for paying them under any circumstances.
- The shipping charges mentioned in the total order value do not include these charges.
- If the customer refuses to pay the liable shipment customs charges upon its arrival in the destination country the brand will deduct complete shipping and return duty charges from the customer order value while processing the refund.
- Order deliveries will be made between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
- Goods receipt will need to be signed upon delivery. Subject to your unavailability to sign your delivery, please suggest an alternative recipient i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However, Jivanta Herbal takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
Shipping Charges
Orders over $100 (AUD) qualify for free standard shipping across Australia and New Zealand.
A flat delivery fee applies to orders below this amount.
Returns and Refunds
At Jivanta Herbal, we take great care to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, purity, and safety. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we are here to help.
This Returns and Refunds Policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and outlines your rights and our procedures.
1. Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.
If you wish to return a product for this reason, you may do so provided that:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging; and
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we'll issue a store credit or exchange (excluding any shipping costs).
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product you receive:
- Is faulty, damaged, or defective;
- Is not as described or not fit for its intended purpose; or
- Is incorrect (not the item you ordered).
If this happens, please contact our Customer Care team within:
- 48 hours of receiving your order for damaged or incorrect products, and
- 7 days for product quality or performance issues.
Please include clear photos or videos of the product and packaging to help us assess the issue.
Once your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement, refund, or store credit, including return shipping if required.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5.7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser.
- If your order qualifies for free shipping and you return items that bring the total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
To ensure safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns of:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with (unless defective).
- Products purchased from unauthorised retailers or third-party websites.
Free gifts, promotional items, or samples.
