It began in my early teens—small breakouts that quickly turned into painful, persistent flare-ups. I tried everything: cleansers promising quick fixes, harsh scrubs, and creams claiming overnight results.
But nothing worked.
Some days my skin felt dry and irritated, others oily and inflamed. Over time, I felt frustrated, self-conscious, and honestly, defeated.
One night, after another routine that only made things worse, I decided to look deeper.
I wanted something that would support my skin—not strip it. That’s when I discovered Ayurveda.
